4+ years in Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ operations, 4+ years in Identity and Access Management operations

Skills :
4+ years in Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ Operations coveringo Entra ID Governance, SSO, MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), CIAM
o MS Federation Services (SAML, OAuth, ADFS, ModernAuth)
o JML Provisioning / Deprovisioning
o Recertification
o RBAC
o Application Integrations
Understanding of SailPoint IIQ and Microsoft Entra ID components, services and dependenciesGood Experience with Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ operations and troubleshootingKnowledge of Identity Governance, Joint-Mover-Leaver, Recertification, RBAC, SSO, MFA processes in IAM domainFamiliarity with ADFS, Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth, SAML, and other protocolsFamiliarity with ServiceNow and Jira workflowsKnowledge and experience of application integrations with Entra ID and SailPoint IIQ for IGA, SSO, MFA, Authentication, Identity managementRich experience in working with monitoring and ing toolsGood knowledge and experience working with Azure APIs, SailPoint IIQ APIs, REST APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, PowerShell ScriptingShould be methodical with attention to detailsSkilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams.Good communication skills.Good client facing and presentation skills.Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines
