Corporate Action - Analyst

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes :

• Bachelor's degree preferred : science, mathematics or accounting
• 2 to 5 years of targeted Corporate Action experience, preferably at a broker-dealer
• Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and Government Securities
• Proficient with MS Office suite
• Excellent oral / written communication and analytical skills
