Analyst Capital structure

Job descriptionBachelors degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably with a focus on capital structures or fixed income data. Programming skills like Python, SQL is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting and finance, including financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement), gained through academic coursework, work experience, or a graduate training program. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to extract insights from complex financial transaction details. Reliable, helpful and a team member with good work ethics with ability to work in a team-based environment, with a sense of teamwork and cooperation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Entrepreneurial mindset to problem solving. Collaboration skills. Seeking feedback and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities.
- Data Analysis : Analyse capital structure data for public and private companies, using financial reports and company press releases.
- Client Support : Address ongoing client requests regarding capital structures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Quarterly Updates : Conduct quarterly reviews of capital structures for stressed and distressed companies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including credit research to ensure alignment on data interpretation and reporting.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and analysis processes for enhanced efficiency.
