Job Title : Business Development Intern – Lead Generation Specialist

Location : Mohali, India

Stipend : ₹8–10k based on interview + performance-based incentives

Who We're Looking For

Freshers with excellent English communication skills .

Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calls, emails, networking , and platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH

Conduct market research to understand client needs

Build and maintain client relationships

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Negotiate deals and contracts

Collaborate with marketing and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

MBA or IT specialization is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and adaptable
