Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Global Order Centre team in the Spare Parts & Lubes Division. The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting domestic and export order management by analyzing operational data, tracking performance, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to enhancing order accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Data Collection & Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to order processing, inventory, delivery timelines, and fulfillment rates.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and on-time delivery.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential risks in the order management process.
