As we continue to expand and prepare for IPO readiness, we are strengthening our Accounts and Finance Division with an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager with strong leadership and technical accounting expertise to oversee our entire finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an EPC, construction, or infrastructure company, managing books of accounts, audits, tax compliance, and project-wise financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the entire accounting team and day-to-day financial operations.

Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with statutory and company policies.

Manage project-wise cost accounting, vendor billing, and receivables / payables tracking.

Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepare MIS reports.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Ensure timely TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other filings.

Prepare and review Balance Sheet, P&L statements, and cash-flow forecasts.

Support budgeting, fund flow, and working capital management.

Collaborate with management during bank audits, credit assessments

Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance); CA (Inter) preferred.

5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, with at least 3 years in a senior role within an EPC / construction / infrastructure company.

In-depth understanding of EPC project accounting, WIP, retention, and contract billing.

Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and Excel.

Hands-on experience with statutory compliance, banking operations, and fund management.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
