Role Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Online App to lead strategy, vision, and execution for Lenskart’s flagship mobile platform that fuels customer acquisition, engagement, and omnichannel conversions.
This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping the app experience for millions of users globally—bridging AI-led personalization , immersive product discovery , and seamless integration between digital and store experiences.
You’ll define how users interact, purchase, and connect with Lenskart across every touchpoint—driving growth, retention, and delight.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy for the Lenskart Online App, focusing on growth, engagement, and omnichannel experience.Drive AI-powered personalization across the app to deliver smarter product recommendations, visual try-ons, and tailored content journeys.Partner with marketing, design, and analytics teams to scale customer acquisition and conversion funnels globally.Deeply understand user behavior across geographies and channels to build data-backed features that improve lifetime value and retention.Collaborate with engineering and data science to create scalable, high-performing app systems that enhance discovery, payment, and service experiences.Integrate the online app experience with store operations, CRM, and customer care systems to ensure a consistent omnichannel journey.Define success metrics and use analytics and experimentation (A / B tests, cohorts, funnel metrics) to drive continuous optimization.Lead through influence, mentoring cross-functional teams, and driving alignment across stakeholders in India, SEA, and the Middle East.Qualifications
6+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer internet, e-commerce, or omnichannel products .Proven track record of driving user growth and retention through data-driven decision-making.Experience in mobile app product management , including UX optimization, feature experimentation, and personalization.Strong understanding of AI, analytics, and funnel optimization .Deep empathy for consumer experience combined with strong commercial acumen.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.Why Lenskart
