TOTAL NO OF WORK EXPERIENCE : Fresher to 1 year - Accounts

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM), Accounting and Finance (BAF), or Management Studies (BMS).

REPORTING TO :  HEAD – CORPORATE VERTICAL

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher to join our team. As a Finance / Accounting / Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced professionals in corporate vertical and gain valuable industry insights while contributing to the organization's success.

Job Description :

As a Fresher in the Finance / Accounting / Management team, you will :

Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including maintaining ledgers, journals, and financial records.

Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Work closely with senior managers to understand business strategies, financial performance, and management reporting.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for various departments.

Assist in preparing tax documents, handling invoicing, and supporting the accounts payable / receivable teams.

Participate in process improvement projects, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
