Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Keeping : Manage all accounting transactions, organize financial records, and ensure accuracy of ledgers and journals. Financial Closing : Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Reconciliation : Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to identify and correct discrepancies. Tax Compliance : Calculate taxes and prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. Financial Analysis & Reporting : Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and reports to management for decision-making. Budgeting & Forecasting : Prepare budget forecasts and manage annual budget processes. Auditing : Conduct internal audits of financial documents and procedures. Compliance : Ensure the company complies with financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards. Required Skills and QualificationsAccounting Knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), bookkeeping, and double-entry bookkeeping. Software Proficiency : Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel functions. Analytical Skills : A keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to analyze large amounts of financial data. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information to stakeholders.
