Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Growth Strategiest to join our Marketing & Sales team. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals : Talent, Clients, and Capital
- Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
- Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events to generate leads
Email Campaign Management
Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interestDevelop personalized messaging that effectively communicates Growqai's value proposition across different verticalsTrack and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsA / B test different email approaches to continuously improve campaign effectivenessAppointment Setting & Scheduling
Conduct strategic outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadershipManage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal scheduling for both prospects and internal teamsFollow up persistently with warm leads to convert initial interest into confirmed meetingsCoordinate seamlessly with sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified appointmentsBusiness Model Explanation & Consultation
Develop deep understanding of Growqai's service offerings across Talent, Clients, and Capital verticalsArticulate value propositions clearly during initial prospect conversations and discovery callsConduct needs assessment to understand prospect challenges and position appropriate solutionsProvide consultative approach in explaining how Growqai's AI-driven growth strategies can address specific business needsCRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM systemTrack and report on key performance indicators including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion metricsCollaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processesRequired Qualifications
Experience & Background
2-4 years of proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales strategist for in-house or agencyDemonstrated success in email marketing campaigns and appointment settingExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targetsTechnical Skills
