Job descriptionOversee material handling, storage, and inventory accuracy to ensure availability for active projects. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including scheduling and dispatch of vehicles, equipment, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with company processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Work closely with Project Managers, OPMs, and Field Directors to align warehouse and yard resources with project schedules. Support construction and operations teams by providing timely material and equipment tracking reports. Collaborate with finance teams on documentation for invoicing, asset tracking, and reconciliation. Identify gaps in warehouse and yard workflows and recommend process enhancements. Implement standardized reporting and documentation practices for operational transparency. Drive efficiency initiatives to reduce downtime, optimize resource allocation, and improve cost-effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in warehouse, yard, or logistics management (telecom or construction industry preferred). Strong project management and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting platforms. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP / WMS tools, and logistics best practices. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Competitive salary package; Being part of an international, dynamic work environment;

- Track inventory, deliveries, and equipment utilization, providing regular updates to management and project teams.
- Monitor and report on logistics-related roadblocks (delays, shortages, scheduling conflicts) and coordinate resolutions.
