About us
We recruit and place teaching and support staff with US schools. We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultants who can source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for U.S. school roles while maintaining compliance and excellent candidate care.
What you’ll do
- Source qualified teachers and school staff (K–12) through job boards, social channels, referrals, and candidate databases.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, visas / eligibility, certifications, and right-to-work documentation for U.S. placements.
- Conduct phone / video interviews, assess cultural fit, and prepare CVs and candidate summaries for client submission.
- Coordinate interview schedules with U.S. clients and manage feedback / offer processes during US hours.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance checks are completed.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for recurring needs and urgent vacancies.
- Hit weekly / monthly submission and placement KPIs.
Skills & requirements
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in US school / education recruitment (mandatory).Excellent spoken and written English — confident on calls with U.S. school clients.Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).Familiar with ATS / CRM and candidate screening workflows.High attention to compliance, documentation, and candidate experience.Able to work US shift hours and flexible with urgent client calls.Preference for applicants located in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh .Experience with international visa / certification processes for teachers.Familiarity with teaching qualifications across U.S. states.What we offer
