Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across departments, managing sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job platforms, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment tracking, ensuring timely updates and clear visibility on hiring progress.
Requirements
1 - 3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition and generalist HR roles, with significant focus on recruitment.Strong track record of independently driving end-to-end hiring across functions and levels.Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and agency / vendor coordination.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Location : Koramangala, Bengaluru
