Minimum 8 years of experience in IT endpoint management and infrastructure support .
Technical Expertise :
- Proven experience managing 3,000+ endpoints across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and asset lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Desktop Central, Service Desk, or similar endpoint management solutions.
- Exposure to network and server coordination for seamless endpoint integration.
Operational Scope :
Experience managing 100+ branches and supporting an employee base of 6,000+ users.Ability to ensure compliance, standardization, and performance monitoring across all endpoints.Leadership & Management :
Proven ability to lead a team of 5 or more members, handling task allocation, performance tracking, and timely project delivery.Strong communication, coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge.Experience in vendor management and project rollout coordination.
