About the Role :

HCLTech Lucknow is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. This role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems, and mentoring junior developers. You’ll work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce platforms using cutting-edge technologies like Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and Aura .
  • Design and implement scalable data models, workflows, and automation processes.
  • Build integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and manage CI / CD pipelines with GitHub or Azure DevOps .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development and security standards.
  • Provide technical mentorship and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • 4+ years working with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Case Management .
  • Proficiency in JavaScript , HTML / CSS , SOQL , and SOSL .
  • Experience with SFDX , CI / CD tools , and Agile methodologies .
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce , CPQ , or OmniStudio .
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools .
