Role & responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and timely responses to inquiries.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships by understanding client goals and aligning them with our products / services.
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and engagement metrics; identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging start to the client journey.
