We are seeking a highly skilled MongoDB Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and manage end-to-end database processes and technologies for our customers. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across diverse customer environments and time zones. This role requires ownership of database transition, implementation, and operational excellence from the perspective of People, Process, and Technology .

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB Database Administration .
• Experience with Replication Configuration and Sharding Concepts in MongoDB.
• Ability to provision MongoDB instances in clustered and non-clustered configurations .
• Deep understanding of MongoDB storage engines (e.g., WiredTiger , In-Memory Storage Engine ).
• Proficient in writing and optimizing MongoDB queries.
• Knowledge of MongoDB features : Sharding, Load Balancing, Indexing .
• Familiarity with limitations of MongoDB and workarounds compared to relational databases.
• Ability to plan resource requirements from high-level specification
