Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled DSP Systems Engineer to design, develop, and validate advanced signal processing algorithms for next-generation sensing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Detection & Estimation Theory, Random Processes Analysis , and Digital Communications , and will play a critical role in developing algorithms that power our LiDAR and perception platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and verify advanced signal processing algorithms using Detection & Estimation Theory and Random Processes Analysis.
- Simulate and model end-to-end systems to meet defined performance specifications.
- Analyze and validate algorithm performance against real-world sensor data.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to integrate DSP algorithms into production systems.
- Optimize algorithm performance for computational efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualifications :
Master’s degree (MSEE or equivalent) with a focus in Digital Signal Processing or Digital Communications Theory .6+ years of experience in DSP algorithm development and system-level design.Strong mathematical and theoretical background in DSP, estimation, and communication systems.Proven experience designing and optimizing DSP algorithms for Radar , LiDAR , or other advanced sensors.Proficiency in MATLAB and C / C++ ; experience with Python or similar languages.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :
Hands-on experience with Radar or LiDAR Signal Processing (FMCW) .Expertise in Radar link budgets , Signal-to-Noise (SNR) , Signal-to-Clutter , and Minimum Detectable Signal analysis.Experience implementing DSP algorithms on FPGAs or embedded platforms.Why Join Us :
