Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior / Staff Software Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, capable of driving complex projects from conception to deployment, mentoring junior engineers, and significantly contributing to the architectural evolution of our systems.

This role demands deep technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software Leadership & Design :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, highly available, and performant software systems and services.
Drive technical vision and strategy for your domain, ensuring alignment with overall product and engineering goals.
Conduct in-depth code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Software Development & Delivery :

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code primarily in , e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++ and related technologies.

Architect and optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across various system & Collaboration :

Mentor and coach mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and other engineering teams to define specifications and deliver features on time.

Present technical concepts, designs, and decisions to a diverse audience, including executive stakeholders.

Process & Improvement :

Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Contribute to defining and refining engineering standards, processes, and documentation.

Lead capacity planning and performance tuning efforts for critical :

Experience : 7-10 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant track record in developing and deploying large-scale production systems.

Programming Mastery : Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++, or & Systems :

Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and relevant design patterns.

Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficiency with various database technologies, including both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Practices :

Solid understanding of the entire SDLC, including CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Demonstrable expertise in performance optimization, scalability testing, and monitoring tools.

Soft Skills :

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
