Job Title : Business Development Manager

Experience : 4-5 Years (Pharmaceutical : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Pharmacy or equivalent; MBA in Marketing or Business Development (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate targeted leads across various global markets and drive business growth.
- Manage client relationships by attending site meetings, business conferences, and follow-ups.
- Collect and manage all required client information efficiently.
- Participate in commercial and techno-commercial activities for key accounts.
- Prepare and update country portfolio trackers and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update MIS reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates for management.
- Utilize internal knowledge management systems to ensure real-time data availability.
- Initiate and manage inquiries for Dossier, Licensing, and Manufacturing Qualifications & Skills :
- 4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development, API sales, exports, or related pharmaceutical roles.
- Strong understanding of international markets, pharmaceutical business processes, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple accounts efficiently.
