VISA Group is looking for an Operations Executive for the Kolkata location. Below is the detailed description.

• Verifying and preparing various documents in line with LC / Contract.
• Coordination with the team and counterparts on the documentation.
• Maintaining and sharing required MIS with the team.
• Maintaining statements for time-bound activities of shipments.
• Monitoring and updating the team on the daily activities of shipments under loading / discharging.
• Preparing delivery orders
• Compiling required data on Excel.
• Verifying contracts and LC.
