Scope of the Role

The O365 SME will lead the rollout, security governance, data migration, and post-migration support of Microsoft 365 services for a large user base, ensuring seamless adoption, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Office 365 implementation, administration, and support

Expertise in Exchange migration, SharePoint / OneDrive data migration, and Teams governance

Experience conducting user training, security reviews, and adoption reporting

Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills

Immediate to 45 days notice period availability
