Job description6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Strong experience in designing and consuming REST APIs. Proficiency in working with RDBMS (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and / or NoSQL (MongoDB). Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Experience with Agile methodologies and story point estimation. Good understanding of application security best practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. Knowledge of TDD / BDD testing frameworks (RSpec, Minitest).

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Opportunities are available for professionals with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
- Work with relational databases (RDBMS) and optimize queries for performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
- Participate in story point estimation, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following OOP principles.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by actively participating in retrospectives and suggesting process enhancements.
