About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality web applications.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical Responsibilities & Implementation :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust web applications using a variety of technologies.
- Produce high-quality, clean, and maintainable code according to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user & Communication :
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Actively participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Expertise :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge & Support :
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide production support as Assurance :
- Conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of the Skills & Experience :
Strong proficiency in :
Frontend : HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including ES6+), React, Angular, or Vue.jsBackend : Node.js, Python (with frameworks like Django / Flask), Java, Ruby on Rails, or similarDatabases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)Experience with :
RESTful APIs and API design principlesVersion control systems (Git)Agile development methodologiesTesting frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc(ref : hirist.tech)
