Full Stack Developer - React.js / Ruby on Rails

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality web applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical Responsibilities & Implementation :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and robust web applications using a variety of technologies.
• Produce high-quality, clean, and maintainable code according to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user & Communication :
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Actively participate in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical Expertise :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge & Support :
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide production support as Assurance :
• Conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of the Skills & Experience :
