Job Description
DoctorC is doubling its nationwide phlebotomist workforce and needs a training leader who can turn today’s manual onboarding into a high-throughput, data-driven engine—capable of equipping hundreds of new hires every month with the skills, SOPs, and customer-first mindset that set our brand apart.
Core Outcomes (first 12 months)
Key Activities
1. Build a scalable training factory
- Design modular curriculum (micro-learning, on-the-job simulations, assessments)
- Roll out LMS & mobile learning apps for “anytime, anywhere” refreshers
- Create multilingual content (English + major regional languages)
- Cut average ramp-up time from 10 → 7 days
- Maintain ≥ 90 % pass-rate on certification
2. Elevate quality & compliance
Embed SOPs, hygiene protocols, biosafety & patient-communication scripts into training3. Build a national trainer bench
Coach and evaluate trainers;Schedule quarterly calibration audits to keep content and delivery consistent4. Continuous improvements
Iterate curriculum every 60–90 days based on field KPIPartner with Ops & QA to analyse error trendsPublish insights to leadershipQualifications
Field expertise : 4+ years training frontline healthcare or logistics workforceScale mindset : Proven track-record launching programs that reached ≥ 500 learners / year across multiple locations.Instructional design chops : Able to convert SOPs into engaging, bite-sized learning (videos, quizzes, simulations).Data orientation : Comfortable building dashboards, setting leading / lagging metrics, and using them to drive iterations.People leadership : Experience hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing a distributed trainer cohort.Tech fluency : Familiar with modern platforms, mobile learning apps, and digital assessment tools.Language skills : Strong English plus fluency in at least one major regional language (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada).Life at DoctorC
