STIBO MDM Developer

Description :

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.
• Create and maintain data quality rules and validations.
• Design and implement data models within Stibo STEP to support master data domains.
• Define and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.
• Design and implement workflows in Stibo STEP to manage data lifecycle and approvals.
• Automate data management processes using Stibo STEP workflows.
• Optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data integration processes using Stibo STEP Connect and other ETL tools.
• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Stibo STEP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Stibo STEP solutions.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure Stibo STEP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Document Stibo STEP development processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to team Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Stibo MDM development.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.
• Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP platform.
• Experience in data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate to 15 days notice period.
