Urgent Search : Product Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our [core / platform / new] product lines. This is a high-impact role requiring strong product vision, UX / UI sensibility, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. You will play a critical role in shaping our roadmap and ensuring delivery of exceptional SaaS products that delight users and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product areas.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX / UI design, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
• Translate customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Champion UX / UI best practices, ensuring product experiences are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with brand and design systems.
• Collaborate with design and research teams to run usability tests, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch to continuous optimization.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and drive improvements.
• Present roadmaps, progress updates, and business outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
