As part of our early team, youll have the opportunity to shape the product vision, define design systems from the ground up, and set the standard for scalable user experiences in AI-driven enterprise : Founding UX Designer :

As a Founding UX Designer, youll work directly with the leadership team to translate product vision into intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences. Youll establish design language, build systems from 0 to 1, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to bring innovative products to life.

What Youll Do :

• Work with founders and product leaders to establish design direction and language
• Lead the 0-1 design journey, building scalable design systems and architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn requirements into compelling designs
• Create information architecture, concepts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas clearly
• Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating based on data and feedback
• Ensure alignment with product vision, brand consistency, and accessibility standards
• Work closely with frontend engineers for accurate implementation of design specs
• Stay up to date with the latest UI / UX design trends, tools, and Were Looking For :
• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
• 4- 7 years of experience as a UI / UX or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio (ideally with B2B SaaS examples) showcasing impactful design work
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration Would Be Awesome (Nice to Have) :
• Experience designing B2B tools, SaaS, or data visualization products
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong visual design skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience in user research and usability testing
