Effectively executes calls of customers Resolves query / issues as per deliverables outlined Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization to meet quality standards.
