Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Production Manager catering kitchens. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day production operations in catering kitchens to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, optimizing workflows, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining hygiene practices. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in production management, kitchen operations, and workflow optimization
• Experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and quality control
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance protocols
• Skills in staff supervision, team management, and performance monitoring
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using technology for production planning and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in large-scale catering or central kitchen operations is a plus
