The Head of Campus Recruitment, India will lead my client’s early talent and campus hiring strategy, focusing on attracting and developing top graduates from premier institutions while building a future-ready talent pipeline. The role combines strategic foresight, academic engagement, and data-driven execution to align India’s hiring initiatives with the firm’s global business priorities.
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a breakthrough campus hiring strategy aligned with emerging skill needs in areas like AI / ML, ESG, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Build strong partnerships with top-tier universities (IITs, IIMs, BITS, etc.) and co-create digital and ESG-linked programs with academia and research centers.
- Strengthen the employer brand through innovative engagement and marketing initiatives in collaboration with MARCOM.
- Drive “skills-first” hiring by integrating capability-based assessments and future-skills learning tracks in partnership with L&D.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of internship and graduate programs, ensuring seamless onboarding, mentorship, and performance tracking.
- Use analytics to monitor KPIs (offer-to-join ratios, conversion rates, post-hire success) and continuously refine recruitment strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of recruiters while fostering strong collaboration with global recruiting and business stakeholders.
Preferred Profile :
12+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on campus hiring in BFSI, consulting, or technology-driven global firms.Deep knowledge of India’s academic ecosystem and emerging education-tech trends.Proven ability to design scalable, future-focused early talent programs and leverage digital hiring tools and assessment platforms.Demonstrated thought leadership in areas such as “Future of Work” and “Skills over Degree.”
