Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate payment processing and reconciliations, and supporting compliance with internal controls. The Finance Executive will play a key role in handling customer transactions, vendor settlements, and statutory duties while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
1. Customer Transactions :
Process customer refunds in alignment with company policies and SLAs.
Manage customer wallet transfers with accurate and proper documentation.
2. Vendor & Partner Payments :
Prepare and execute vendor payments in coordination with sourcing and operations teams.
Handle duty payments and ensure compliance with customs / tax regulations.
Process SCOC / PCOC payments (Shipping / Procurement Charges of Customs) accurately and on time.
3. Expense & Invoice Management :
Verify, record, and process non-trade invoices (e.g., admin, overheads & services).
Ensure proper approvals, coding, and compliance with internal accounting policies.
4. Reconciliations & Reporting :
Perform import reconciliation (Import Reco), ensuring accuracy of duty, freight, and supplier cost allocations.
Support monthly closing activities, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in preparing reports for management review and audits.
Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CPA / CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory).
2–4 years of relevant experience in finance operations or accounting.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
