Job descriptionProcess and manage customer orders (B2B, B2C) Inward management and PO Creation management Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking communications Experience in WMS / OMS / TMS systems Liaise with logistics providers for inwards and outwards from warehouse Handling Case escalation for orders Manage transportation operations, freight rate negotiations for spot hire Manage returns / Forward movement for marketplaces Channel wise SOP for fulfillment process Adhoc activities of procurement for P.M Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, desirable 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics / warehousing Proficiency in inventory and (OMS / WMS) Experience in Transportation B2B / B2C freights Excellent Excel Skills MIS Data creation and management
