Job purpose : Birla Carbon Andhra Pradesh Limited is setting up greenfield projects of 240 KTPA at Naidupeta, Nellore Dist., AP. Project is planned to complete in 2 phases 120 KTPA each. Headcount to manage - 90 employees

Manufacturing volume - 120 KTPA in Phase 1

Reporting to : Plant HR Head

Job context : The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in executing key HR processes and activities at the Naidupeta Plant, ensuring alignment with organizational values and business objectives. The role encompasses the full spectrum of HR activities, including Talent Acquisition & Onboarding ,employee lifecycle management, Training and Development with a strong focus on building a motivated and compliant workforce.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all categories.
• Coordinate with functional heads for manpower planning and deployment.
• Facilitate onboarding, induction, and initial training for new joiners.
