Job descriptionGuide teams in building canvas and model- driven apps with custom components (PCF), Power Fx, and JavaScript. Implement API- based integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, Microsoft 365, and third- party services. Optimize Dataverse schema, security roles, business rules, and plugins for performance and maintainability. Enable Power Automate workflows for process automation, including cloud flows, desktop flows, and RPA. Establish CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform ALM using DevOps, and Power Platform Build Tools. Drive automated testing strategies for Power Platform solutions. Monitor and optimize app performance, capacity planning, and data management. Ensure Azure AD- based authentication, role- based access control (RBAC), and data security policies. Implement Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices. Define strategies for data governance, compliance, and tenant- wide policies. Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, testers, and analysts. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross- functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Conduct technical reviews, training sessions, and knowledge- sharing initiatives. 8+ years of experience in software development, with 6+ years in D365 / Power Platform. Strong expertise in D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Proficiency in Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, App Insights). Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM, DevOps, CI / CD, and automated testing. Hands- on experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and custom PCF controls. Experience in REST APIs, Graph API, OData, and Microsoft Dataverse Web API. Understanding of solution architecture concepts, design patterns, and microservices. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Problem- solving mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, and optimization. Experience in agile development methodologies. Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, SharePoint, Teams, and external system integrations. Experience with Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder

Role Overview :
We are seeking a D365 / Power Platform Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions leveraging D365 Customer Service, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, with expertise in solution architecture, enterprise integrations, DevOps, and security best practices.
This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high- performing Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture :
- Lead the design and development of D365, Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Architect solutions integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and external systems.
- Define best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.
- Oversee Azure- based integrations using API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Graph API.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, DevOps strategies, and Microsoft best practices.
