Power Platform Developer (Power BI + Power Apps + Power Automate)

📍 Location : Pune

🕒 Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Enterprise Minds is looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing analytics and digital transformation team. If you are passionate about building insightful dashboards, custom apps, and automated workflows that empower business decisions – we want to connect with you!

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling.
Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations.
Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services .
Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets.
Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate .

Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling .

Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction & transformation.

Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).

Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST / JSON) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Microsoft Power Platform / Power BI certification is a big plus.

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
