As a Control Automation - Project development / management - Associate within the Control Automations team, you will focus on developing analytical intelligence for operational risk management and creating solutions to automate control processes. You will lead stakeholder engagements and manage Control Automation projects, taking responsibility for planning, requirement gathering, development, delivery, reporting, compliance documentation, and meeting audit needs.
Job responsibilities :
- Understand Control Landscape and develop sustainable automated control solutions
- Developing deep understanding of Operations control data landscape and develop Risk management Models
- Perform control process reviews and performs automation feasibility assessment
- Work with Manager / Project manager and develop project plan and Develop and deliver Automation solution as planned
- Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines and Resolve Issues That Arise, escalate to management when needed
- Create EMR decks and ensure availability of all project related data for timely management reviews
- Assist business in completing solution documentations / registry of solutions as per firmwide policies
- Liaise with Business analysts and Developers close action items / conditions raised as part of documentation & approval process
- Track and Follow up with approvers / Risk leads and seek necessary approvals on the projects and Assist business in annual attestation of UT, IS and other program requirements
- Provide weekly status update to business stakeholders
- Drive change management related to ongoing maintenance of delivered automation projects and Contribute in process improvement and control initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
B.Tech / Bcom / BBA with 8+ years / M tech / Graduate or Post-Graduate with 6+ years' experience in Data Analytics and Automations developmentFamiliarity with a global bank's process & operational risk management environment including Operations management and external reporting is a must. Strong business knowledge i.e. Investment Banking, Retail & Commercial business including product, process and system knowledge.Experienced in consulting with project stakeholders, including the skills to facilitate compromises and resolve conflicting requirements. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, a client service philosophy, and the ability to build and foster internal relationshipsGood project / programme management experience in operations environment. Might perhaps have experience managing large location strategy initiatives or programmes.Candidates must have had responsibility for people and process elements, ideally a business project manager, who understands human change elements implicit in project delivery.Can operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and can prioritize one's own work to achieve themFlexibility to work global hourPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :
