Position Overview :

We’re looking for a  Campaign Manager  who will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands ad tech, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliate, and others).
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, audience, and KPIs.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve desired ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and troubleshoot issues like pacing, targeting, or tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
  • Ensure campaign delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.

Requirements :

  • 0–2 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (agency or DSP experience preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience with  Meta Ads Manager ,  Google Ads , and at least one  Programmatic / DSP platform (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar).
  • Understanding of tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, MMPs like Appsflyer / Adjust).
  • Excellent analytical and Excel / reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Certification in Meta or Google Ads is a plus.
