Position Overview :
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands ad tech, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple clients and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, Affiliate, and others).
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign goals, audience, and KPIs.
- Set up and optimize campaigns to achieve desired ROI, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and troubleshoot issues like pacing, targeting, or tracking.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams for ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
- Ensure campaign delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new ad formats, and platform updates.
Requirements :
0–2 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns (agency or DSP experience preferred).Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager , Google Ads , and at least one Programmatic / DSP platform (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar).Understanding of tracking tools (UTMs, pixels, MMPs like Appsflyer / Adjust).Excellent analytical and Excel / reporting skills.Strong communication and client-handling abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Certification in Meta or Google Ads is a plus.What We Offer :
