Job Description

This is a remote position.

Product Support Specialist will provide support for our platform, assisting customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption and usage of our solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams while ensuring proper follow up and communication with customers.
• Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to build and maintain a robust knowledge base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training customers on product features and workflows. Track, monitor, and report on customer support metrics
