Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The role demands high attention to detail, process-driven thinking, and a deep understanding of the financial services sector. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to compliance, managing client data, supporting internal stakeholders, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
Required Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Operations, or Business Administration.
- 1–5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data processing tools; knowledge of automation or CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
Roles and responsibilities :
Manage daily financial operations including transaction processing, documentation, and data validation.Timely delivery of T+1 of all operation tasks in an error free manner.Maintain operational documentation and support internal audits and compliance checks.Track and monitor client requests, SLA adherence, and data quality standards.Submission of timely invoices to all the clients by 10th of a month with proper GST numbers, invoice numbers.Conduct regular reporting and MIS preparation for senior management.Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures for business continuity.Ensure adherence to financial regulatory standards and company policies.What We Offer :
