Senior Medical Licensing Specialist

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the capacity of Senior Medical Licensing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in using portals and managing associated documentation, as well as exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients and payers.

• Job Responsibilities :
• Research and compile the appropriate application from the US State Medical Board based on the provider's need
• Work alongside the provider to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
• Maintain high level of communication with providers throughout the licensure application process
• Utilize task management software to maintain up-to-date tasks
• Be proficient in the end-to-end US licensing process for APRN, CRNP, DO, MD, Physician Asst, IMLC, and Behavioral health license applications of providers
• Complete application fully and with careful attention to accuracy and detail; transmit to provider for review and approval
• Handle online and paper-based application submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Request and complete verifications required by the state medical board
• Maintain follow-up with the state license board until application has reached approval by the medical board
