Health Optimization Strategist

As a Health Optimization Strategist, you will lead clinical operations at our center in Madurai, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies.

You will be responsible for interpreting diagnostics, overseeing treatment protocols, and collaborating with product and tech teams to ensure that all digital tools, algorithms, and health insights are clinically accurate and medically safe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient consultations—both in-person and virtual
• Design and approve personalized wellness and IV therapy plans
• Interpret results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables
• Supervise clinical activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain compliance
• Provide medical inputs, clinical validation, and real-world case scenarios to our AI and software development teams working on internal tools, analytics, and personalization engines.
• Ensure the highest standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory adherence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational content during non-clinical hours
