Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt) .
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies for project financing.
• Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans , ensuring competitive terms and compliance.
• Oversee working capital management , treasury operations, and cash flow planning.
• Support M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international financial regulations .
• Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the leadership team for decision-making.
