Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Quality Assurance Team Lead. The role involves leading QA tasks, developing and implementing effective test strategies, and ensuring the quality of processes and products is maintained. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing test cases, performing detailed quality control, and mentoring team members to achieve quality standards. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with the development and operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve identified issues
• Experience in creating and executing effective Test Strategies and Test Cases
• Team leadership and mentoring experience with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with software development and testing tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
