Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and other automation

frameworks.

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify and resolve defects and system vulnerabilities.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to ensure bug fixes and enhancements meet quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks following best practices.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of testing activities for new features and releases.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and version control systems such as Git.
  • Apply Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Data-Driven Testing (DDT) methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Analyze test results, document defects, and generate detailed reports on testing progress and

    • quality metrics.

  • Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices in automation and testing.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Automation Testing with a focus on Playwright (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and test frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
  • Experience with BDD and DDT testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools and pipelines, especially Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills to articulate test results and issues clearly.
  • Ability to work onsite in Indore with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Work Schedule : 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
