The Tele-counselor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing detailed information about the courses offered, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role also includes answering queries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain course details and benefits clearly to potential studentsExperience in tele-counseling or customer serviceGood organizational and record-keeping skillsBasic knowledge of digital marketing and the courses offered by the academyProficiency in using CRM software and other communication toolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
