What You’ll Do

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for Non-IT roles (Junior to Leadership levels).

Engage with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking).

Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer negotiations.

Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience

in a recruitment consultancy / agency.

Proven expertise in

Non-IT hiring

across industries.

Exposure to

Leadership Hiring / Executive Search

is a strong advantage.

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
