Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant - RPO Role at MASSIVUE. Based in Bengaluru, this hybrid role allows for some work from home. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

Fast Paced Recruitment Experience
Work with Daily Submission Targets of 10-15 resumes
Daily Interview Scheduling at least 10 interview with different panels
Work with various stakeholders
Work with ATS, AI tools in a fast paced environment
Ability to work and track weekend drives

Qualifications

Proficient Communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
