We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead Sunflame's (A Subsidiary of V-Guard) Gujarat operations. The role demands a strong leader with proven experience in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing channel networks.
- Lead overall branch operations, ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Drive growth through market expansion, channel development, and diversification.
- Make data-backed decisions to shape marketing strategies and strengthen the brand.
- Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Set and review sales targets for marketing executives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Plan and implement dealer schemes, sales promotions, and stock planning initiatives.
- Organize regular meetings with marketing teams, review reports and tour plans, and monitor expenses.
- Maintain and present timely MIS reports and business data for management review and strategy planning.
