PDSVISION is looking for a Senior Technical Lead with extensive hands-on and leadership experience in Windchill implementations for greenfield customers. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leading complex PLM projects, managing global teams, and driving end-to-end technical and strategic excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee Windchill implementations across multiple modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, BOM Management, Options & Variants, MPMLink, PartsLink, and ThingWorx.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery coordinating offshore and onsite teams, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on Windchill configurations, upgrades, database management, and customizations.
• Oversee CAD Data Management and integrations with third-party CAD tools such as Creo, NX, CATIA, and Inventor.
• Drive PLMERP integration with SAP / Oracle using ERP Connector and ESI.
• Lead large-scale migration projects using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) and ensure system performance optimization.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to make sound technical and strategic decisions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical leadership, project updates, and strategic recommendations.
